All the Florida Land Plots for sale through Clearsky are in Rotonda West, Rotonda Lakes or South Gulf Cove and are owned either by individuals or by investment companies.  The lots are continuously being released onto the market and we work closely with our chosen Realtors in Rotonda to regularly get up to date lists. Lots can change hands quickly, so it is usually during your trip to Florida that you will be in a position to choose and make a deposit to secure your lot.

We have many years of experience and knowledge about the Rotonda area and will be more than happy to advise and assist you with regard to where and what to buy and what to avoid. Most standard lots in Rotonda West measure 80ft x 120ft which is almost 1/4 acre! This is a generous size and a major advantage to building in Rotonda. All Clearsky homes are designed to fit comfortably on a standard lot. There are irregular shaped lots, which tend to be on a bend or at the end of a cul-de-sac. In most cases they are fine and with a little amendment the home of your choice will fit, however, at times it is impossible to build a particular Clearsky model on a lot - we are usually aware of such cases and will advise you accordingly. There are also slightly smaller and oversized lots available; we will be very happy to discuss your personal requirements. There are a few important things to be considered when choosing a Lot. The first is the direction the REAR of the house faces. If you prefer optimal sun exposure to the pool area, a south, southwest or west facing rear aspect is considered best. Many people like to have their pool in the sunshine and a West facing lot will give you sun most of the day and has the advantage of watching the Florida sunset.
