Advanced Interiors have been furnishing homes in Port Charlotte for many years and are able to respond to the individuals brief to create a truly unique theme on each occasion. Our packages are not specific; each home we complete is furnished and decorated to the individual’s requirements.

The Furniture and Interior Design package for each house incorporates everything you need to complete your home.

• A highly experienced and excellent professional Interior Design team to furnish and finish your home to the highest standard
• All furniture for all rooms in the property
• All house wares, items of linens, kitchen equipment, floral and other decorations
• Full clean and preparation of all equipment
• Supply and hanging of all the mirrors and pictures
• All electrical equipment including T.V’s, cable,  video recorder, radio etc (where issued)
• All bathroom fittings supplied and fitted
• Supply of all utility equipment
• Supply and fit all shower curtains
• All kitchen electrical equipment as supplied
• Smoke detectors as required by law for the  licensing of the property for rental.
• Supply of fire extinguisher
• Vertical blinds and the fitting of the same
• Garage bits, bins etc. Pool toys
• All patio furniture, patio cushions, pool towels etc
• All deposits for utilities (refundable)
• Administration of the connection to utilities in your name, including supply and fit of the telephone/s
• All insurances for at least the first 6 months, including:
  Flood, Hazard, Home Contents, Structure and Property Liability Insurance.
• Full cleaning and preparation of the property ready for the first occupant.
• Making of beds and dressing the property
• Cleaning of all windows after construction has finished

• Disposal of packaging from all furniture housewares etc
